Teresa Njeru is a member of the Board of EAI. She is a qualified Human Resource Manager, a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Strategic Management. She has a wealth of experience in people management, as a vital business resource. She has been in the field of HRM for over twenty years, in Government service. In the course of her duties, she has acquired knowledge and skills in workplace counselling and other related disciplines which helped in dealing with diverse issues in the workplace. She has a passion for the youth, in particular girls and has been empowering them. She has been involved in youth enlightenment programs since 1997 when she was involved dealing with juvenile delinquents. She gives talks to students in Secondary schools, especially in her former high school. Together with the ‘Old Girls’ they prepare students to adopt effective study habits and examination preparedness. She has a strong will to help people change their current situations for the better; to have a better impression of themselves and to be a new version of themselves. She will lead the less fortunate in the communities change their circumstances through Enable Africa International.
